India’s most-awaited IPO of 2025 – Tata capital’s Rs 15,511.87 crore IPO opened today. It is also interesting to note that it will be the largest IPO since Hyundai Motor India’s Rs 27,859 crore issue last year.

The offer includes a combination of a fresh issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS), giving both retail and institutional investors a chance to own a piece of the Tata Group’s financial powerhouse.
